London Town

On me: cardigan, jeans, tank and heels    Photo: Agnes Wonke-Toth Photography

This is the finale set of photos with the fabulous Agnes! It was great fun running around London, posing in a public art gallery and shamelessly blocking a bridge to take several shots. (Hey, at least we got Big Ben in the photo) Weirdly enough, this outfit was inspired by minimalism which was sought to be a fun contrast in the all black trend thats been going on lately.  As usual I had to throw some Brandy Melville goodness in. I swear I wear this tank so often it's become a staple. I've also been digging these heels my friend Anna showed me in Germany! It looked so similar to a different pair of heels I was going to purchase, that I felt lucky for saving some extra cash for a delish dinner the night after. If you couldn't tell my thug side was pretty much hidden as this outfit wasn't considerate "thug enough", hence the "sad pout?". Not too sure on what I would call this facial expression, except that I'm not too ecstatic about this arangement.

Ps: If you couldn't find it, Big Ben is in the last photo.
Just a hint to those peeps ;)

Noir

On me: snapback via Obey (similar), tank via Munich, skirt via Zara (buy here) & shoes via New Yorker

I've had my fair share of travel influences but lately I've been wearing (attempting actually) snapbacks more frequently. Something about the way hats add an edge to any outfit appeals to me, in a sense that I dare make a fool of myself every time I put one on. How they cover up any bad hair day seems to be another reason I use to convince myself snapbacks are a worthy investment. It's pretty ironic really... Honestly, we all should have known my thug side would eventually come out. It was only a matter of time... Hence the new hat. Cameo has been a huge obsession of mine so naturally this was a perfect fit. Aside from my variety in hats (rookie in the making), so does my every day outfit opportunities (seen here), (here) and (here). You could tell I was channelling my inner Cara in this shoot, which explains the not so awkward face I'm making in one of the shots. Another London influence perhaps?
I'll never know.
What is certain though, is that a cup of hot chocolate is waiting for me, along with several photos to edit.
Until next time lovelies!
